We had the idea to create an event for the community of Razlog to show people the food and culture from our countries. First we looked for restaurants and with the help of our organisation we agreed to make it with Riverside Restaurant. The owner was really kind and accepted very well the event. The first day was the Italian food and we all helped Janiki and Filly to make their own dishes (Parmigiana, Bagna Cauda,Pasta al Forno, Pignolata, Tiramisu, Strudel di mele, Tajarin all’occitana). There was also a wine tasting during the dinner for everyone.
This project had the duration of three weeks. Each week one different countries presented their culture in the restaurant.
